How to Use a Golf Workout Program For Increased Golf Fitness

Are you looking for a good solid golf workout program? Then you’ve come to the right place! I’m not going to try to sell you anything here, and I’ll only share my experience. But let me tell you my story first. After living on a lake all my life and playing the game in the backyard of my house, I finally had to move into a golf-only apartment.

 

When I moved into my golf-only apartment, I wanted to tone my body and become more fit for my game. I figured I could just start with my golf workouts at home. I figured that by doing this, it would save me a ton of money on the gyms and that I could actually make it to the driving range and practice my shots.

 

But, I didn’t do any golf workout program. I figured that since I’m always on the golf course, that would make the most sense. And so, my search for a golf program began once again.

 

After doing some research and talking to some professional golfers, I found a program that was perfect for me. It was called “The PGA Tour’s Step-By-Step Golf Workout program”. This program was awesome! It gave me some good ideas about what I should be focusing on when I was working out at the driving range.

 

This program also gave me a couple of ideas for different drills that I can do on the golf course that will keep me on my toes and in great shape. And, it also came with DVDs. DVDs are a very important part of my golf training. They allow me to review the material over again, so I don’t forget. DVDs also allow me to pause during my lessons if I need to take a minute to gather my thoughts or rewind parts of the video.

 

So, that was my journey from golf couch potato to golfer in three weeks. And, as long as I’m golfing, I’ll be that same golf couch potato. All that’s missing is a few golf clubs, a golf workout program and maybe a round of golf on the weekend.
