The third hole is known as thepenultimate hole. It is a long hitting area known for driving and putting. The first six inches of sand from the edge of the putting pad will assist in getting the ball in the hole. Just a short distance from the green is the putt’s hazard line, which measures about two feet from the putting pad.

The fourth hole is known as the ninth hole. This will be the toughest hole on the entire southgate golf course. It is situated on the back nine of the course, which is considered the flat front nine. This is the only golf course in the state of south central Ohio that has a completely untouched nine-hole course.

The fifth hole starts with a three-way penalty after the first shot. This will be a big problem for beginners who are looking to get out on the course and practice their skills. The penalty will also affect the par-3 players who will need to play on a shorter course.
